• Website Audit tool: the URL you audit. If you submit the lead form, we also store your name and email.
• Chatbot: the content of your conversations with our chatbot in an anonymous session, used to improve answer quality.
• Contact form: your name, the service you are interested in, and your message. This data is forwarded directly to our WhatsApp and is never stored on our servers.
• Other free tools (password encryption, QR code generator, image compression, etc.): processed 100% in your browser. Your data is never sent to our servers.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis of Processing

Under UU PDP No. 27/2022, we process personal data for the following purposes:

• Internal visit statistics — our legitimate interest in improving our services.
• Leads (name and email from the audit tool) — based on your consent, to follow up on service inquiries.
• Chatbot conversations — our legitimate interest in answering questions and improving service quality.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

4. Cookies

This site uses only the essential Laravel session cookie required for security and site functionality. We do not use third-party tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

5. Third Parties

• WhatsApp (Meta): messages from the contact form are forwarded to our WhatsApp. WhatsApp's processing of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
• Hosting provider: this site is hosted on servers in Indonesia, which process data solely to provide the service to us.

6. Data Retention

• Visit data is aggregate and used for internal statistics only.
• Leads (name and email) are kept until you request deletion.
• Chatbot conversations are tied to an anonymous session and are not linked to your identity.

Under UU PDP No. 27/2022, you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate personal data;
• Request deletion of your personal data;
