Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Diginstra Tech Solutions website ("Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

2. Definition of Services

• Paid services: website, landing page, company profile, web application, and custom digital solution development commissioned through a written agreement/quotation.
• Free tools: free online tools provided on the Site (Website Audit, Domain Check, Password Encryption, QR Code Generator, and others) for use as-is.

3. Use of the Site & Tools

• All free tools are provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
• You may not misuse the Site or its tools, including any unlawful activity, disrupting service availability, or attempting unauthorized access to our systems.
• We may limit or discontinue access to the free tools at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

• Project flow: consultation → official quotation → down payment → development → final payment → handover.
• Development begins once the down payment stated in the quotation is received.
• Prices on the pricing page are indicative. Final pricing is set through an official quotation based on the agreed scope of work.

5. Revisions & Warranty

• The number and time frame of revisions follow the agreement stated in the quotation.
• We provide a bug-fix (defect) warranty on our work for the warranty period agreed in the quotation. The warranty does not cover changed requirements or new feature development.

6. Intellectual Property

• Delivered work (website/application) becomes the client's property after full payment is received.
• Templates, generic components, and libraries we have developed remain the property of Diginstra Tech Solutions, with usage rights granted to the client as part of the work.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or other damages arising from use of the Site, free tools, or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the related work.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you breach these terms. Surviving provisions (Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability) remain in effect after termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled amicably; failing that, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Jakarta, Indonesia.
